Kim Normann Andersen

Kim Normann Andersen is a Professor and the Head of Studies for the IT graduate study programs at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. He is a distinguished scholar within the field of implementation and impacts of technologies in the public sector. Within this domain he has contributed to studies on how emerging technologies can be adopted to fulfil government visions.

He has been a visiting scholar in Asia, USA, and Europe and involved in several Asian projects. The international collaboration is particularly strong with Korea where he currently is involved in a study on AI governance. The research collaboration with leading scholars from Korea has resulted in top-level journals and engagement with policy fora. 

He has been appointed to various international and national committees, task forces, and workshops within his research domain. This includes work with the UN, OECD, EU, and governments.
